The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a convenient area close to shops and banks. The room was cleaned regularly which was nice.
There were many issues during our stay. The air conditioning did not work so the room was uncomfortably hot at night.

This hotel offers pleasant service from the staff. the rooms are kept clean and comfortable with good facilities like a lobby cafe/bar and great views from the 11th floor lounge. Breakfast offers limited options but dinner is far better. the hotel is in a location with nearby offices, banks, and local shops.
The hotel could improve the hot water availability for showers.
